We accept and undertake that the Behaviour-Oriented Security programme, which is used to identify, monitor and eliminate behaviour-oriented unsafe employee behaviours, will be implemented by all AKTUR employees, including senior management.

Behaviour-oriented risk assessments conducted in all operational and support processes throughout AKTUR target human behaviour, which is the basis of security culture. Within the system created, unsafe human behaviours are identified through planned or unplanned audits and the results are shared with all relevant stakeholders and the necessary actions are taken.

All stakeholders of our organisation, without exception, aim to manage all our processes in the best way possible and carry out planned activities by adhering to these requirements. For these purposes, we accept and undertake to continuously improve the Behaviour-Oriented Security Programme and to achieve its targets set for 5 years.
